## Pricing

Video production is priced by project scope. The three published scopes are:

- **Around $1,000** — One shoot day producing one or more finished videos, plus photos and 9:16 vertical cuts from the same day. Suited to restaurants, local businesses, and anyone building a steady content library.
- **Around $10,000** — A flagship brand commercial with a full set of edits: hero cut, cut-downs, social versions, stills, and masters. Suited to B2B, healthcare, manufacturers, and funded startups.
- **Around $100,000 and up** — A multi-location series with a full crew, one titling system, 4K masters, and travel quoted up front. Suited to enterprise and agency campaigns running across multiple locations.

## Engagement Models

- **One-time project** — A defined set of deliverables quoted as one number. A 50% deposit holds the shoot date and the balance is due before final delivery.
- **Monthly retainer** — One shoot day a month, same crew, same rate. Billed at the start of the month. Nothing auto-renews and there is no minimum term.
- **Day rate** — Add a crew to a day that is already happening. One operator, or a two-person crew, quoted for that day only.

## Travel and Equipment Terms

- **Metro Detroit is $0** — No mileage, no per diem, and no travel day on the invoice anywhere in the metro. North Creative is based in Plymouth and Detroit.
- **Out of state is one flat fee** — Flights, checked gear cases, hotel, ground transfers, and per diem quoted as a single number before approval.
- **Equipment rental is $0** — Cameras, lighting, audio, and grip are all owned. There is no rental line item on any project.

## Deliverables and Terms

Deliverables are itemized per project. Commonly delivered items include finished hero videos, cut-downs, 9:16 vertical social cuts, stills and photography libraries, 4K masters, motion graphics packages (opening and closing logos, title slides, lower thirds), 360-degree virtual tours, and drone footage.

Scope and revisions are settled up front so the run from kickoff to final delivery stays predictable. Production timelines are quoted per project rather than as a fixed turnaround; past projects include a 10-video, 10-location series delivered across Michigan in one month.
